5. Privacy & Data Handling
Our use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the app, you consent to data processing needed to provide features, moderation, and security.
We implement role-based access, verification flows, report moderation, and technical controls to protect user data.
6. Bandhan Module Special Terms
Bandhan profile submission must be truthful and consent-based.
Private contact details are protected and shown only under approved access flow.
Misuse, harassment, or unauthorized sharing of profile data is strictly prohibited.
Users found violating privacy can be restricted or removed.
7. Jobs / Business / Listings Disclaimer
Meghwal Setu is an information platform. We do not guarantee recruitment, business outcomes, or third-party conduct.
Always verify job/listing details from official sources before action.
Never pay money for fake recruitment/interview promises.
Use independent judgment before transactions or sharing personal documents.
8. Exam Module Terms
Scores, leaderboard, and analytics are provided for educational/engagement purposes.
Attempt abuse, cheating scripts, or manipulation may lead to access restriction.
We may update ranking logic and performance metrics over time.
9. Reports, Moderation & Enforcement
Users may report content for invalid/abusive behavior.
Admin/moderation team may investigate and take action.
Actions may include warning, content removal, suspension, or account restriction.
Moderation decisions are made for platform safety and policy compliance.
10. Intellectual Property
App UI, branding, code structure, and platform elements belong to Meghwal Setu app team or respective owners.
You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit app assets without permission.

Indirect or consequential losses from app usage
Network/device/provider failures beyond our control
13. Termination & Account Deletion
We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, abuse, or legal reasons.
Users can request account deletion through in-app flow/support.
Deletion Timeline: On valid user deletion request, we initiate account-data cleanup and process linked data removal within 24 hours, subject to technical and legal requirements.
14. Changes to Terms
